Master terms of purchase and use

1. Your order and access

Business Cash Offer LLC (Company, we, us) supplies the product identified in your checkout or written quote. You must be at least 18 and authorized to buy for any business you identify. Your order and applicable product schedule define the scope, price, term, and delivery; specific product details control a conflict with these master terms. Mandatory legal rights always control.

Products are separate. An MHP purchase does not include land or storage courses, support, research labor, software, or later paid products unless listed. No recurring charge applies unless a separate checkout clearly states it and you agree.

Digital course access uses your checkout email. The linked MHP Research & VA Build Guide opens directly from the course; no Notion account or separate invitation is required. Tell us promptly about missing access so we can correct it.

Course access has no scheduled expiration unless your order states one. This is not a promise of perpetual hosting, unlimited updates, or personal support. We may maintain, reorganize, or move Materials while preserving the purchased core scope. If we permanently discontinue paid access, we will give reasonable notice and, where feasible, an equivalent way to retain or access the purchased core Materials. Remedies for material failure to deliver remain intact.

2. Internal-business license and ownership

We retain our original videos, text, templates, examples, branding, and other protected expression (Materials). Purchase grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Materials within your own business for the purchased purpose. Your employees, contractors, or VA may use relevant Materials solely for your internal work, subject to confidentiality and these limits. You are responsible for their authorized use. You may give the linked guide to your own VA for this internal work. Do not share course passwords.

You may not sell, sublicense, publicly post, distribute, repackage, or teach from the Materials; give access to other investors, clients, businesses, courses, or memberships; upload Materials to a public repository or AI training dataset; remove ownership notices; or copy or adapt our protected Materials into a competing course, template library, or service. Company Materials may not be supplied to third parties as part of a list-building, training, or consulting service.

You retain your independently collected factual property data and business work product. We do not claim ownership of facts, general ideas, or research methods or prevent independent application of knowledge. Third-party data remains subject to source rights and terms.

3. Confidentiality and participant privacy

Protect nonpublic Materials and other participants' nonpublic business information with reasonable care. Use participant information only for the purchased support activity. Do not forward, publish, scrape, solicit from, or record private discussions, meetings, screens, or files without appropriate permission. Lawfully public information, information already known without a duty, independently developed information, and information lawfully obtained elsewhere are excluded. Legally required disclosure is permitted, with notice when lawful. Confidentiality lasts five years after access ends; trade secrets remain protected while legally qualifying.

Recordings are not promised. If we plan to record, we will give advance notice and obtain consent where required. We will not use private participant content or identity in public marketing without separate permission.

4. Responsibilities and educational disclaimer

You choose your market, staff, tools, outreach, and investment decisions. Software, source access, data, VA labor, and other expenses are yours unless included. Independently verify ownership, contacts, property details, and source permissions. Follow applicable privacy, do-not-call, outreach, recording, intellectual-property, and platform rules. A listed telephone number does not establish contact permission.

Materials and discussions provide business education and research assistance, not legal, tax, investment, brokerage, or individualized professional advice. Examples illustrate a process. We do not guarantee third-party record accuracy or completeness, leads, responses, contracts, acquisitions, financing, revenue, profit, or other results.

5. Payments, conduct, and access changes

Your checkout or accepted quote states price and taxes. The Refund Policy below is part of your agreement. No harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized solicitation, distribution, credential sharing, or interference is permitted. We may restrict access for a credible security issue or material breach. When practical, we will explain and allow reasonable correction; urgent security or distribution issues may require immediate action. Breach termination does not itself create a refund, subject to law. If we end implementation without your material breach, the unused-term refund below applies. Ownership, use limits, confidentiality, accrued obligations, and provisions intended to survive continue after access ends.

6. Liability and disputes

Except for express delivery obligations and rights required by law, Materials and third-party information are provided as available, without promised results or uninterrupted operation. To the extent lawful, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential business losses, and Company's total liability for a particular purchase is limited to the amount paid for it. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, nonwaivable liability or remedies, or express refund obligations. You are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful outreach, unauthorized distribution, or infringement, but not losses caused by Company's own misconduct. We may seek lawful remedies for unauthorized disclosure or distribution.

Send a written dispute description to our support email. We will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days, without delaying urgent relief, statutory deadlines, or valid payment disputes. Colorado law applies to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections of your jurisdiction. Subject to those protections, disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Colorado. These terms add no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Your checkout, accepted quote if any, applicable schedule, these terms, and Refund Policy form the purchase agreement. Electronic acceptance is intended to form an agreement. Save a copy with your receipt. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove purchased benefits. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder; a waiver once is not a continuing waiver.

Schedule A · MHP Blueprint

Available now: five market-build walkthroughs covering market/county selection, starting source pulls, county ownership sources, review of the overnight VA source/merge work, and worksheet setup with validation criteria; Start Here instructions; and the linked MHP Research & VA Build Guide with 16 embedded research training videos, written instructions, and quality checks across seven research phases. Course videos unlock through Systeme after purchase. The guide opens directly without a Notion account or invitation. An optional blank spreadsheet template is provided where linked.

Course lesson comments are available for student questions and peer replies. The instructor may participate, but personal replies, response times, and individual support are not guaranteed or included. Comments are visible to other enrolled students; use redacted examples and do not post credentials or private seller information.

The instructor is building the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene-area market while teaching the process. Additional lead-selection walkthroughs will be added as the build progresses. They are not yet available and have no promised release date. Buy based on the listed available Materials.

Excluded: personal support, 90-day implementation, a completed market/database, lead or owner lists, custom research, VA labor, paid software/data, REI Reply setup or outreach training, and future land/storage courses. Schedule B · 90-day implementation access

Your 90 consecutive calendar days begin when your individual Slack invitation is sent and access is available. We confirm start and end dates by email. A delay caused by us before activation does not consume the term. Tell us promptly about an unusable invitation. Access ends after the term unless you separately buy a renewal.

Included: a private Slack question channel for implementing the purchased database-building process, and a weekly group office hour during your term. We post the week's meeting time and RSVP instructions in Slack. RSVP is required; no session is held if nobody RSVPs. It remains a group session even if only one person attends. If we cancel a session with RSVPs, we will offer a replacement opportunity or extend access for the affected week. Attendance is optional; missed sessions do not create credits or private makeups.

This includes focused implementation questions. It excludes private coaching, one-to-one calls, guaranteed instant or around-the-clock replies, a response-time guarantee, custom CRM/REI Reply configuration, done-for-you builds, staff management, acquisition representation, and promised proprietary leads or live deals. Post redacted examples; do not share sensitive seller, customer, or account information without permission.

No participant substitutions, login sharing, unauthorized invites, solicitation, redistribution, or recording. Confidentiality terms apply. Recordings are not included or promised. Logistics may reasonably change while preserving the purchased core service. Course access is separate from the 90-day term.

Refund: full refund before activation. After access begins, no change-of-mind, nonattendance, or nonuse refund, subject to law and the provider-failure provisions below. Ask about fit before activation.

Schedule C · Quoted research and done-for-you market builds

Text BUILD plus your market to 720-487-1825 to request a quote. Tell us your target area and which parts of the MHP database build you want our team to handle. An inquiry is not an order, payment authorization, marketing subscription, or reservation of staff time. Carrier charges may apply.

All projects are subject to availability and our written acceptance. We may accept or decline a request. Before payment or work begins, both sides must agree to a written quote defining the market and geographic coverage, research steps, sources and permitted use, deliverable fields and files, verification or cleanup included, record-count basis where relevant, duplicate handling and exclusions, buyer inputs, price and taxes, payment arrangement, estimated delivery, and correction window. Market-build projects start at $1,500. The final scope and price are set by the accepted written quote. The course or request button does not guarantee a delivery deadline, availability, or acceptance of a full-build project.

A quote may cover part or all of a market build, such as agreed source pulls, cleaning and merging, property validation, ownership research, and preparation of a working database. Only the steps and deliverables stated in the accepted quote are included. MHBay is one possible source, subject to permission and availability; a request is not limited to an MHBay pull or an entire state.

We do not start work or reserve VA capacity until the quote is accepted and its payment arrangements are met. Any change in scope, price, or timing must be agreed in writing before the additional work. Estimated timing depends on source access and any buyer inputs identified in the quote. A material delay or inability to deliver will be communicated, with the Refund Policy applying to unprovided work.

Research and verification follow the level expressly stated in the quote. We do not guarantee that every property or owner in a market will be found, that source records are complete or current, or that a contact is accurate, reachable, interested, or authorized to receive outreach. Skip tracing, exclusivity, and additional verification are included only if expressly quoted. Outreach, acquisition representation, CRM setup, and ongoing VA management are not included in this service.

We correct objective errors against the accepted scope reported within the quote's correction window. An underlying source error is not itself a promise that the source can be corrected. Delivery is complete when the agreed files or research steps are supplied, subject to the quote's correction process. You may use delivered research within your business subject to applicable source rights and the master terms. No affiliation with or endorsement by MHBay or another source is implied, and no rights prohibited by a source are promised.

Refund policy

Courses · seven days

Request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase by emailing support@sniperleadscre.com from your checkout email with order details. No explanation or proof of completion is required. If required guide access is delayed by us, the seven-day period begins when both course and guide access are available. After that window, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Unresolved failure to supply core purchased access and mandatory rights remain covered. A refund ends the refunded license/access; stop using and delete retained Materials except records you must lawfully keep.

90-day implementation

Cancel before activation for a full refund. After activation, change of mind, nonuse, or missed meetings do not qualify. If we permanently discontinue your service or terminate without your material breach before the term ends, we refund the unused portion based on remaining calendar days. If we cannot provide a material purchased feature and cannot correct it within a reasonable time, contact us for an appropriate remedy, including a refund for the unprovided portion. Quoted research and market builds

Before work begins, cancellation receives a full refund. After work begins, we retain only charges for authorized work performed under the accepted quote; unearned amounts for canceled or undelivered work are refunded. Delivery/scope errors follow the quote's correction process. We do not retain payment for work we cannot lawfully deliver.

Processing and legal rights

We confirm decisions by email and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Processor/bank posting times vary. Duplicate charges, billing errors, valid payment disputes, and nonwaivable rights are not excluded. Contact support@sniperleadscre.com for billing, delivery, or refund help.

Privacy policy

Information and uses

We handle information you provide: name, business, email, billing country/address where required, orders, support requests, Slack participation, RSVPs, and your phone/message if you text us. Hosted payment processors handle credentials; we receive transaction/status information rather than storing full card numbers ourselves. Providers may collect IP/device/browser data, logs, cookies, and usage events for hosting, security, playback, payments, and analytics. Research requests may include property/business records and source links. Do not send credentials or sensitive personal information in Slack or ordinary texts.

We use information to process orders, deliver access/invitations, administer terms and meetings, answer questions, prepare quotes and authorized work, maintain records, prevent misuse, improve service, and meet legal duties. Marketing is separate from required purchase acceptance. Use unsubscribe instructions or contact us to stop promotions. A research inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing texts.

Sharing

Necessary information goes to operational providers, including Systeme.io and payment providers such as Stripe; Notion for guide hosting; Loom for video; Slack for discussions; REI Reply/messaging providers for texts; and email, meeting, scheduling, storage, and hosting providers as used. Their applicable terms and notices also apply. We may disclose information as legally required, to protect rights/security, or in a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections.

Course comments, including the commenter’s name, profile picture, and posted content, are visible to other students with course access. They are shared discussions, not private support messages.

Other room participants can see what you post in the shared private channel or meetings. Private channel does not mean one-to-one confidentiality. Share redacted examples and respect others' information. We do not publish private participant content/identities in marketing without separate permission or sell buyer contact details to data brokers. Purchased research delivery is limited to the accepted scope and lawful source rights.

Cookies, retention, and choices

Hosting, checkout, and video services may use essential cookies or similar technologies. Optional analytics/marketing technologies, when used, are subject to applicable notice/consent requirements. Browser/provider controls may be available; blocking essential technologies may affect access. Not every third-party embed is cookie-free.

We retain records as reasonably needed for delivery, accounting, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Support expiry does not automatically delete all room or transaction records. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries.

Email us for access, correction, deletion, or handling questions. We may verify identity or retain legally required records. Additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, or appeals, may apply under your jurisdiction's law. These offers are for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Material changes will be reflected in an updated notice and communicated when required.
