How do I access the course and guide?

Use your checkout email to access the course. The VA Build Guide opens from a button inside the course, with no Notion account or invitation needed. You may share the guide with your own VA for your business.

Do I need a VA?

No. You can follow the research guide yourself. If you delegate, your VA can use the same instructions.

Can I use this in another market?

Yes. Spokane / Coeur d’Alene is the working example. You choose your own counties and apply the research process there. Available records and tools vary by county.

Is everything recorded already?

The five current market-build walkthroughs, 16 research training videos, written VA instructions, and spreadsheet template are available now. The new walkthroughs on reviewing the completed research and choosing targets will be added as this market build progresses, and are included with your purchase.

Does this include your leads or a finished database?

You’ll learn how to build your own database. This purchase does not include my proprietary lead lists or a done-for-you market build.

Can I ask questions?

Yes. Use the comments under the relevant course lesson. Students can reply to each other, and I may answer when I check in. Personal replies and response times are not guaranteed. Dedicated implementation support and group office hours are a separate optional purchase.

What is the refund policy?

What else will I need to pay for?

Software, data pulls, skip-tracing tools, and any VA work are separate. The workflow uses Google Sheets, Outscraper, county records, and tools such as PropStream.
